Lincy Iype

Lincy gives Leaderships Christian Business Forum Women’s group of 100 Plus Christian Business Women. She has worked in the hospitality industry for 25+ years, and 14 of those being with the Oberoi group in the luxury hotels and resorts category. Her passion for people always overtook her passion for food! She has graduated from the Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development (OCLD) in Delhi and worked in various Oberoi hotels around India. She was part of the pre-opening teams of The Oberoi Rajvilas and The Oberoi Vanyavilas, both in Rajasthan and had the privilege of working on it from blueprint to completion. Her main strength is Food & Beverage Management and General Management. She was the youngest GM in the history of the Oberoi group. She was also closely involved in the market research for the opening of the Oberoi Dubai.

She managed the Sales & Marketing office for the Oberoi group Middle East. After the move back to India, she along with her husband launched Mustard Cafe & Ministries. Today She has two Food & Beverage outlets and an online store selling Novelty Products with Christian Messaging.
